Account Integrity
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials within our analytics platform. Any unauthorized usage of your business account should be reported immediately to our Ho Chi Minh headquarters.

Ownership & IP Rights
All software, logic, design elements, and trademarked logos on RisingSunAnalytics.digital are the exclusive property of Rising Sun Analytics. This includes our proprietary data modeling engines and the unique visual presentation of our dashboards.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our tools.
Notice of Compliance
Unauthorized duplication of our analytics frameworks is a violation of both local Vietnamese law and international copyright treaties. We aggressively protect our intellectual property.
The Legal Groundwork
01 Limitation of Liability
Rising Sun Analytics shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While our platform provides deep business insights, all final commercial decisions remain at the sole discretion of the user. 02 Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal will be resolved through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We operate under the regulations of the local Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure fair digital practices.
Right to Modify
The digital landscape evolves, and so do our services. Rising Sun Analytics reserves the right to update these terms at our discretion. We will notify active users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continuous use of the analytics platform after such changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
